Use Case A: Automation Rules

Stop manually categorising recurring expenses. Set up rules to do it for you.

Example: Fuel Expenses

1. Go to Settings > Automation Rules.
2. Click Create Rule.
3. Condition: Description contains "BP Connect" or "Shell".
4. Action: Categorise as "Motor Vehicle Expenses".
5. Save Rule.

Now, every time you fill up, it's automatically booked.

Use Case B: Custom Reporting Tags

Track profitability by project or location using tags.

• Create tags like "Project A" or "Downtown Store".
• Assign tags to invoices and bills.
• Run a Profit & Loss by Tag report to see exactly which parts of your business are making money.

Use Case C: Multi-Entity Management

If you own multiple businesses, manage them all from one login.

Click your profile avatar in the top right and select Switch Business to toggle between entities instantly without re-logging in.
